  Bank made a mistake on a transfer, when I called in the branch for help they told me to contact Chase customer service. After spending over 1 hour on the phone with customer support, they're brilliant solution was to take up the issue with the branch who handled the transfer. Called the branch again, was told Banker woukd call me back. Called again before they closed and never heard back.
  
  Not sure if it's the abundance of ignorance or shortage of literacy at this place, but I can assure you they've got a grip on poor customer service.

  I went through the drive-thru on a Saturday and was helped by Ann. I sent the tote in and rang the buzzer and Ann said hello how can I help you (rushed. I said hello back and if I could have a withdrawal slip. Ann then sent out a deposit slip. (No biggie I rang the buzzer again) Ann then answered to me in a very sarcastic rude way "How can I help you ma'am". I told her that she sent out a deposit slip and I needed a withdrawal slip. Ann did the most rudest thing ever and sent out literally a stack of withdrawal slip. I felt as if she was annoyed of helping a customer if that's the case Ann should not work at a customer helping environment.
