  Whatever you do do not use this company. By far the worst towing company in Illinois. I’ve used many towing companies but never had to deal with people like the ones at classic. They kept us waiting 2 hours. Then after calling in and putting us on hold for 10 minutes they came back on the line and asked how they could help. I said I was on hold the lady in the office said with this attitude we’re canceling this. This place does horrible Business horrible ownership horrible office staff. If you want a tow from honest good company don’t use this company stay far far away. Trust me use anyone else do yourself the favor. Show this company that doing business they the way they do doesn’t get you far. I’ll

  Have used Classic Towing on numerous occasions now. I have never been disappointed but was especially impressed today. Towed by car to the dealership who told me I could wait for my car to be finished... but when we got there I was told they were backed up and it would have to wait until tomorrow. So I was going to have my wife pick me up when she got off work in about two hours but the driver would hear none of that and gave me a ride home even though it was in the opposite direction that he was going. Really cool guy and a great representation of the company.
