  I wish I had read these other review before giving him 700$ plus a tip!! He was a super nice guy but he was so into talking that his work was really shoddy. We needed carpet stretching and cleaning. All the stains he pretreated with his "special treatment" are still here. The places where we had carpet puckers are still here and we can see where he cut the carpet and did a bad job of not putting the carpet back down against the floor boards. I kick myself every time I trip of the rug for giving him all that money when he basically did nothing but chit chat. If you want to chat give this place a call if you want good work done find someone else.
