  Before I walk in the door my parents have who are retired already signed over 10k from their retirement just bc they mentioned they hd the fund, so that's 1/3 of what they were to live on, hence I'm now paying for the air conditioner. I've had multiple contractors to our home since who've said we were plainly ripped off.. the unit is too big for the home, they moved it to the back in our sitting area which now takes up the whole area. They tore the older unit out said it was a hazard and they couldn't leave without replacing it in the condition it was in, in the middle of winter. This was all started from a Groupon for a routine cleaning bc the pilot light would go out. Definitely needed a new unit but 10k is ridiculous. The salesman was condescending and pushy, so I argued my parents for the horrible decision to sign in front of him while he chuckled. Thanks a lot James whoever, like I said when you were here, nice job on the elderly parents with a little money to live off of, nothing but stress since.
