  Justin is arguably one of the best tattoo artist around. Efficient, artistic and quality job. Brought a design in and requested some changes, he listened, made the changes to my liking and went to it.
  The place is clean and well maintained, hygiene is a priority.
  I highly recommend Constable and Justin for your tattoos needs

  Usually I’d love the Constable, my friend got two side pieces done there in August and they were both amazing ! We went to the same artist to get ink yesterday, which we thought was a great idea. For my friends tattoo he took two hours to design it and then rushed the rest of her tattoo after his next appointment came in and complained about him being behind. I let him draw with sharpie on me to get the idea before I let him free hand basically this entire design on me. Not only did he rush the entire process of my tattoo after taking 3 total hours on my friends, he was sloppy with his work on mine. There’s parts of the tattoo where you can see he went outside of the outline. So not only did he rush my tattoo all to hell and beat the life out of my skin, he also charged more than he quoted ? With my friend I understand ? But mine he drew with sharpie on and made it bigger then he originally said ? All in all I will never go back to this artist, and everyone I’ve talked to has agreed that they’ll never go there again after hearing what happened to us yesterday.
