  I had a very unfortunate event with this center. My insurance has these doctors listed as in network and hence I took my son for a well visit appointment and he needed immunizations. I wanted to see Dr. Kovar as he came very highly recommended by a friend. I am very new to the Naperville area and have moved from out of the country 4 weeks ago.
  I was given an appointment with Dr Ciszek, who was very nice and so was the nurse. However, the billing office has my insurance listed as out of network and they made me pay the entire amount up front as it was supposedly going towards my deductible. I ended up paying $335.00. However, later found out that my insurance has actually paid it as in network. When I called the billing office to find out when I could get it refunded, the billing clerk KIM was obnoxious. Its unfortunate that such well recommended Drs have to suffer with perceptions in an industry where word of mouth counts for 65% of referrals. Dr. Kovar, I am very sorry that I did not have the opportunity to have my children be seen by you. But your office staff need to learn the importance of treating customers (all the more when they are patients) right. KIM, you can really use a make over of attitude in your line of work.
