  Edward Medical Group is a large hospital system. It's clean and convenient, with several doctors to see and sometimes same-day appointments with a nurse. Lab appts are especially convenient. Unfortunately, large health systems lose their personal touch. The doctors are overbooked, a call center takes your calls and it can take weeks to get in for an appointment. If you are generally healthy and only see the doctor for routine visits, you will be fine here. For other patients like myself, I prefer the personal touch and genuine concern delivered by independent doctors.

  I had been seeing Edward doctors since 2004. It is very likely that you will not be able to talk to a live person to make an appointment at this location. This is the same for the hospital customer service, you can't reach a live person. The phone IVR system sucks and keeps repeating the same information. Needless to say the edward hospital website is really bad. You have to go through several steps to search for a provider. I am very disappointed.
